WELCOME

My name is WANG Xuan, Melinda. 

I am currently a College Lecturer in the Division of English at The University of Hong Kong, School of Professional and Continuing Education (HKU SPACE), Community College. Before joining HKU SPACE, I served as an Assistant Professor and Common Core Curriculum (CCC) Manager at Yew Chung College of Early Childhood Education (YCCECE) in Hong Kong, where I was also the principal investigator (PI) for the Kindergarten Early English Project (KEEP).

My undergraduate studies in English sparked my passion for teaching and research, which led me to pursue a PhD in Linguistics at City University of Hong Kong. My research primarily focuses on Systemic Functional Linguistics (SFL), Discourse Analysis (DA), and English as a Second Language (ESL).
